P2P.me uses zero-knowledge proof technologies to verify your identity without exposing your personal data.

Verification Types​

🛂 ZK Passport​

Verification via passport NFC chip using ZK Passport.

How it works:

  1. First step: Scan the code on the main passport page (where your photo is)
  2. Second step: Scan the NFC chip on the back cover

What is verified:

  • That you have a valid passport
  • Your age (for limits)

What is NOT shared:

  • Your name
  • Passport number
  • Photo
  • Any personal data

📱 Social Networks (Reclaim Protocol)​

Verification via Reclaim Protocol — connects your social networks privately.

Criteria analyzed:

  • Account age
  • Number of connections
  • Activity

If you see "Not meet P2P's eligibility requirements":

  • Your account didn't meet the minimum criteria
  • Use ZK Passport verification as an alternative

RP System (Reputation Points)​

  • BRL, ARS, IDR: 1 RP = $2 USDC
  • INR: 1 RP = $1 USDC

Cancelled orders don't count toward limits.

Yes! P2P.me uses zero-knowledge proofs:

  • ✅ We verify that you're eligible
  • ✅ We verify your age
  • ❌ We DON'T store your personal data
  • ❌ We DON'T have access to your social network content
  • ❌ We DON'T keep passport numbers

Verification proves you meet the criteria without revealing who you are.
