Complete guide for day-to-day merchant operations on P2P.me.

Before You Startโ€‹

โš ๏ธ Adjust Your PIX Limitโ€‹

Before operating, increase your bank limit:

  1. Bank app โ†’ PIX Area โ†’ Day/Night limit
  2. Request increase to R$ 10,000
  3. Approval takes up to 48h

๐Ÿ“ฑ One Device at a Timeโ€‹

  • If operating on PC โ†’ log out from mobile
  • If operating on mobile โ†’ log out from PC
  • PIX key is saved only on the device that accepted the order

๐Ÿ”” Stay Alert on Telegramโ€‹

While online, support may request receipts for verification.

Order Typesโ€‹

๐Ÿ“ฅ RECEIVE Orders (BUY)โ€‹

User sends you PIX, you release USDC

Flow:

  1. User sends PIX to your account
  2. User confirms on platform (button turns blue)
  3. You check your bank statement
  4. Complete the order

โš ๏ธ Rules:

  • NEVER confirm without checking the statement
  • If received but client didn't confirm โ†’ wait for cancellation + refund

๐Ÿ“ค SEND Orders (SELL/PAY)โ€‹

You send PIX, receive USDC

Flow:

  1. Copy the PIX key in the P2P app
  2. Paste in your bank app
  3. CHECK: last 4 digits + exact amount
  4. Make the PIX
  5. Wait for receipt
  6. Only then complete on platform

โš ๏ธ Rules:

  • QR Code valid for only 5 minutes
  • NEVER send less than the amount
  • If you hit bank limit โ†’ cancel + go offline + request increase

How Liquidity Worksโ€‹

Your liquidity oscillates naturally between USDC and BRL:

Received BRL (sold USDC) โ†โ†’ Sent BRL (bought USDC)
  • DON'T use received money to buy USDC separately
  • Initial stake oscillates as you operate
  • It's normal to see "difference" โ€” that's the 4% spread

4% Spreadโ€‹

  • Sell USDC โ†’ receive BRL with -4%
  • Buy USDC โ†’ receive USDC with +4%
  • System rebalances as you operate
  • The value always evens out

Order Attribution (Lottery)โ€‹

How It Works (Train Car Analogy)โ€‹

Imagine a train car that stops at the station every 3 seconds:

  1. Order arrives โ†’ you click "Accept"
  2. Everyone who clicked enters the "car"
  3. Blockchain runs lottery among all in the car
  4. One merchant is chosen

Why do I sometimes click slow and still get it?

  • If order arrived when car just stopped, everyone has time to enter
  • Clicking fast doesn't guarantee winning, but guarantees participating
  • Statistically, clicking fast = more orders long-term

If Not Selectedโ€‹

Shows: "Another merchant accepted this order"

Different Amountsโ€‹

Difference up to R$ 1.00โ€‹

โ†’ Complete normally

Difference greater than R$ 1.00โ€‹

  • SEND orders: Cancel for client to redo
  • RECEIVE orders: Let it cancel by system + refund

Online/Offline Statusโ€‹

How to Toggleโ€‹

  • Online: Home screen (toggle)
  • Offline: My account โ†’ Status

โš ๏ธ Importantโ€‹

  • Stay OFFLINE when not operating
  • Orders are only directed to available merchants
  • Don't hurt other merchants by taking orders you won't complete

PIX in Processingโ€‹

If PIX was sent but is "processing":

  1. COMPLETE the order on platform
  2. No way to know if it will complete or reverse
  3. If client doesn't receive โ†’ opens dispute โ†’ support analyzes

โš ๏ธ If you don't complete and payment was sent:

  • P2P.me is not responsible
  • Only with completed order is there control over disputes

Monitoring Performanceโ€‹

Dashboard: ops.p2p.meโ€‹

  1. Access ops.p2p.me
  2. Merchants โ†’ search your wallet
  3. Click wallet โ†’ DASHBOARD
  4. Scroll to chart โ†’ ORDER COUNT โ†’ choose 100

Important Metricโ€‹

SELL/PAY Time (Paid to Completed)

  • Under 50 seconds = good
  • Above = need to improve speed

Month Dynamicsโ€‹

Beginning of Monthโ€‹

  • Everyone with reset limits = more competition
  • Seems like fewer orders

End of Monthโ€‹

  • Many merchants hit the limit
  • More orders left for those with remaining limit
  • "Easier" to get orders

Prohibitionsโ€‹

โŒ Auto-click / Botsโ€‹

  • Automation use = PERMANENT BAN
  • Includes: bots, scripts, extensions, any automation
  • Disqualification from rankings and prizes

โŒ Resolving Outside Protocolโ€‹

  • NEVER negotiate directly with client
  • Resolution outside = classified as fraud
  • Wallet will be banned

โŒ Completing Without Receiptโ€‹

  • Only complete with receipt in hand
  • Early completion causes disputes and penalties

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ For Merchants in Indiaโ€‹

Good habits for INR operations:

  1. ๐Ÿฆ Start with a new bank account. Once you request to unstake, remove INR from the ATM and maintain a zero balance for 6 months.

  2. ๐Ÿšซ Avoid high transaction volume. A high number of transactions in a single day may lead to a debit freeze.

  3. โœ… Balance your orders. Complete one buy order and two sell orders for account safety.

  4. โณ Limit exposure. This helps; if an account freeze occurs, only a limited amount of money will be stuck.

  5. ๐Ÿšจ Report delays immediately. If you accept a buy order and do not receive the payment within 2 minutes, immediately inform your admin to prevent scams.

  6. ๐Ÿ”„ One-time refund policy. If any merchant ignores the guidelines and the account falls under freeze or lien, a refund will be provided for the first time only. Second time = no refund, you can request to unstake.

  7. ๐Ÿ”’ No self-transactions. Avoid self-transactions within the payment channels to maintain your bank accounts safe and secure.

  8. ๐Ÿ“ฒ Direct bank connections only. No 3rd party merchant apps/wallets. Use platforms directly connected to bank accounts for order completion.

  9. ๐Ÿฆ Physical branch banks preferred. Online payment banks are not recommended. Use accounts opened physically at the branch. If opting for online banks, consider Slice, Federal, or Airtel payments banks.

  10. ๐Ÿ“ Cooperate with admins. Help your admins with all required details if there's any bank freeze/lien for faster resolution.

  11. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Confirm before completing. Complete orders only after confirming that the fiat amount has been received in your bank account.

  12. โš ๏ธ Daily order limits. Perform 7-10 orders daily for account safety. Do not exceed this without admin approval, or risk blacklisting.
